The keslon laser cleaner removes all coatings on the substrate at once, or it can be selectively removed layer by layer. Portable systems are designed to strip metal structures in clearly selected areas. The orientation and control of the laser beam must be accurate. This results in a uniform pulse volume at each point, with one thin layer removed per pulse. Widely used in ships, bridges, transmission towers and aerospace parts.
